William Thomas

William L. “Bill” Thomas is counsel and head of the Environment, Health & Safety Group of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP, based in the firm’s office in Washington, D.C., where his practice focuses on environmental aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financial services, and real estate, as well as international matters ranging from climate change to sustainability.

 Bill is a passionate supporter of the U.S. special operations community, including nonprofits and other organizations dedicated to honoring their service and sacrifice, through Operation Hawkeye, founded by his son, Will, in 2011.
